Our Corporate Charitable Giving Policy

Happy Giving Tuesday.

Here at Resource Stock Digest and Digest Publishing, we aim to give back.

At inception, we pledged to donate 1% of Digest Publishing’s net sales to charity. Each month, a new employee will get to select the charity.

We started in earnest with our first month of sales in October 2020.

Today, we’re leveraging the power of Giving Tuesday to maximize our contributions.

Our first donation today went to Stop the Silence: Stop Child Sexual Abuse. Its mission “is to expose and stop child sexual abuse and help survivors heal worldwide.”

Child sexual abuse is a global problem. Seemingly institutionalized — from the Catholic Church to Boy Scouts to French literary circles — and often rationalized, few things are worse than stealing the youthful innocence of a child.

Yet all too often we see this heinousness hidden in plain sight, many times at the supposed highest levels of society.

As a father of three young children, it makes my chin quiver to think about such acts.

Accepting, rationalizing, ignoring, or keeping quiet about any form of child sexual abuse is unacceptable. And we’re helping to Stop the Silence.

America’s #1 Authorities on Precious Metals

We’ve put together America’s #1 authorities on precious metals.

And we’re convinced that whether the Dow soars to 50,000 or plummets to 5,000… the current entry point on select gold stocks presents the greatest wealth-building opportunity in a generation.

With their guidance, we outline what gold stocks to buy for maximum profits in an exciting new video.

The second donation (from November sales) today went to the Central Texas Food Bank, chosen by Gerardo to help his community near Austin, Texas.

Lockdowns and layoffs have resulted in record food bank demand for those in need. Demand is up 50% or more year-over-year in many places. Children who often get meals at school are at home, putting their health and educational advancement in peril.

The Central Texas Food Bank has brought 39 million meals to its community in the past year. It provides free food, assists families who qualify for federal assistance, and makes food affordable to other charities.

We are keenly aware that food bank demand is at a record simultaneously with record stock and gold prices.

We are fortunate enough to benefit from the latter — thanks, Jerome! — and are more than happy to pay it forward in our own little way.

Speaking of, we’ve got copper at US$3.50 per pound — a five-year high. And we’ve got related stocks like Hannan Metals (TSX-V: HAN)(OTC: HANNF) at 52-week highs as they execute joint ventures.

Hannan Metals

Hannan at C$0.54 feels pretty good to those who got in at C$0.10. Which we did in my private placement service. Gerardo has his premium readers in at much lower levels as well.

Check out our publications if you want guidance like that.

You’ll be able to donate more to charity.

And we will, too.

Call it like you see it,
