Must-Watch Metals When It Comes To The Tesla Age

The technology of electric vehicles is evolving, and the battery of the future may determine which metals best to invest in now, this according to Kimberly Berman, director of equity research at BMO Capital Markets.

“Lithium, obviously, is the key ingredient to any chemistry that you put together, so whether the cathode is make of nickel, cobalt, manganese, or if it’s nickel, cobalt, and aluminum that’s used in Tesla products, lithium is the key ingredient to all of them,” Berman told Kitco News on the sidelines of the 121 Mining Investment conference in New York.
