K92 Mining (TSX-V: KNT) President Bryan Slusarchuk on Latest High-Grade Exploration Assays that Extend the Kora Deposit

November 2, 2017

Gerardo Del Real: This is Gerardo Del Real with Resource Stock Digest. Joining me today is President of K92 Mining (TSX-V: KNT)(OTC: KNTNF), Mr. Bryan Slusarchuk. Bryan, how are you today?

Bryan Slusarchuk: Doing really well, Gerardo. Thanks for having me on.

Gerardo Del Real: Well, you had some more good news at Kora. I thought it was an important release because you not only expanded the strike length, but you also went ahead and expanded the vertical extent, and I think that's an important point in the news release. The headline reads, K92 Announces More High Grade Kora Expedition Drill Results, including 2.5 meters at 68.78 grams per tonne gold, 86 grams per tonne silver, and 0.37% copper in drill hole KMDD0017. Can you fill in the details for me, Bryan?

Bryan Slusarchuk: Absolutely, Gerardo. When you have a hole like that, that's 2.5 meters, so a nice wide cut of 70 grams plus gold equivalent, the high grade of the assays obviously jumps right out. But what's really important here for people to take a look at is where these holes were drilled. You have this 2.5 meter hole, 70 grams plus gold equivalent, that was drilled along strike. So this extended Kora mineralization along strike. We then reported a hole 2.4 meters of almost 15 grams gold equivalent, and that hole was drilled 25 meters. The intersection was 25 meters below the existing Kora drive.

Today, you obviously had very high grades of gold, very high grades of silver, but what's very important for listeners to understand is where these holes were drilled. These high-grade assays represent extension along strike and also, extension vertically of what's shaping up to be potentially a very large mineralized body.

Gerardo Del Real: I couldn't agree more. Now, another important point, is that you now have a second rig that I believe will be turning in 48 hours? Is that correct?

Bryan Slusarchuk: Exactly. Things are going exceptionally well. You can obviously see by reading today's news that this thing looks to be getting bigger. We already know it's high grade. Remember, this discovery hole that we are following up on now, was reported 500 meters along strike from the known Kora resource. This is a big system here. This is a big deposit, and it looks to be getting larger. We've now got a second drill rig on site. That drill will be turning in the next 48 hours. What you will have is a concurrent focus. Number one, continue to drill on tight 25 meter spacings and, as technical followers will know, that's to grade control type standards. The aim there is to build up a mining inventory around the extension discovery area.

At the same time, we've got a second drill rig in there that can continue to follow up on the discovery and look for expansions. We're really targeting two things. One is expansion of the Kora deposit. Kora is already large. We know it's high grade. It's open and strongly mineralized at the extent of all drilling, with a second rig turning in the area that we look to build tonnage quickly for mining purposes.

Remember, we announced today that not only do we have one drill turning in this area, a second drill being added, but we also announced that we continue to mine in the Kora area and that the intent is to continue to process that mine material through our mill.

Gerardo Del Real: And it's an important point, Bryan, because I was going to ask you. Obviously, the stock had a pull back here a few weeks back. It's recovered a bit. A lot of upside for a story that, frankly, has amazing exploration potential and is producing and is well cached up. How is the operational situation? Is everything back to normal on that front?

Bryan Slusarchuk: Things are moving along very nicely over there, Gerardo. We've got the drill turning, we've got a second rig being added. We had some incredible mining and processing numbers out recently from the processing of material from this Kora extension area. We continue to work within that area, so things are moving along really nicely on site. We had a pull back. Your regular listeners will know that. We seem to have made some sort of bottom here, but in the meantime, fundamentally, this thing continues to progress so nicely on site. Today, again, it's important to look beyond the exceptional high grades, look where these holes were drilled. This represents an extension along strike, an extension vertically, and we'll continue to chase this down.

We were excited when we made the discovery here. 500 meters along strike, 150 meters down depth of the known Kora inferred resource, and now to continue after 9 holes with very high-grade results, continue to expand this area as we also process material, again, with really exceptional results as you can see from the news release recently on the Kora bulk sample. Things are going well on site, Gerardo, and there will be a lot more news flow in the coming days and weeks.

Gerardo Del Real: Well, you've done an amazing job of keeping us posted and keeping readers and listeners posted. I really do appreciated the transparency and the updates, Bryan.

Bryan Slusarchuk: Great. Thanks so much, Gerardo.

Gerardo Del Real: Look forward to having you back as you keep pumping out those results.

Bryan Slusarchuk: Wonderful. Look forward to keeping everybody updated.

Gerardo Del Real: Thank you.
